Design of Mould and Inspection Fixture of Worm Screw Mechanism for Perfume Bottle Cap

香水瓶盖塑料件的大批量注塑成型,用一种改进型三板模具来实现。模具中,塑料件模腔的数量为16腔,分2组,每组8个模腔,单组模腔采用圆周排列方式进行布置。浇注系统中,前段使用热流道,后段使用三板模点浇口冷流道。结合塑料件浇注和脱螺纹的需要,模架做了2点改进,第一点改进是在定模侧增加了热流道浇注系统及其安装模板,第二点改进是动模一侧增加了用于螺纹型芯机构安装的3块模板。单组8个模腔螺纹型芯的驱动,由1根蜗杆同步驱动8个螺纹型芯进行螺纹抽芯,蜗杆驱动蜗杆齿轮的动力由模腔开模动力提供,此结构有利于多个模腔按圆周排列,增加单模模腔数量。针对批量生产中期塑料件的检测需要,设计了一副滑块活动型检测夹具,夹具由高度检测移动板和外圆检测移动板构成,用于检测塑料件高度和外圆两个关键尺寸。

Mass injection molding of plastic parts for perfume bottle caps is realized with an improved three-plate mold.In the mold,the number of cavities of the plastic part is 16 cavities,divided into 2 groups,each group has 8 cavities,and the single group of cavities is arranged in a circular arrangement.In the gating system,the front section uses a hot runner,and the rear section uses a three-plate mold point gate cold runner.Combining the needs of plastic part gating and unthreading,the mold base has been im-proved in two points.The first improvement is to add a hot runner gating system and its installation template on the fixed mold side.The second improvement is to increase the use of the movable mold side.Three templates installed on the thread core mechanism.A single group of 8 cavity thread cores is driven by a worm to synchronously drive 8 thread cores for thread core pulling.The power of the worm to drive the worm gear is provided by the cavity opening power.The secondary structure is conducive to multiple cavities.Arrange on a circle to increase the number of single-mode cavities.Aiming at the inspection needs of plastic parts in the middle of mass production,a simple mobile inspection fixture is designed.The fixture is composed of a height detection moving plate and an outer circle detection moving plate,used to detect the two key dimensions of plastic part height and outer circle.
