氧化石墨烯/铕配合物复合材料的合成、表征及光物理性能研究

Synthesis,characterization and photophysical properties of graphene oxide/europium complex composites

摘要 为了寻找更好的发光材料,通过邻菲罗啉衍生物的氨基或羟基基团与氧化石墨烯(GO)的羧基基团进行酰胺化反应或酯化反应,制备了GO/Eu配合物复合材料.通过^(1)H NMR、傅里叶红外光谱、质谱、XPS、SEM、TEM及元素分析等手段对配合物Eu(tta)_(3)(5-NH_(2)-Phen)、Eu(tta)_(3)(5-IMP-Phen)、Eu(tta)_(3)(5-IMA-Phen)以及复合材料GO-Eu(tta)_(3)(5-NH_(2)-Phen)、GO-Eu(tta)_(3)(5-IMP-Phen)、GO-Eu(tta)_(3)(5-IMA-Phen)进行了表征,证实产物与设计结构相符合,并测试了配合物和复合材料的荧光光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱.结果表明:合成的复合材料具有较好的光物理性能,在有机电致发光器件领域具有潜在的应用前景. In order to develop better photoluminescent materials,the amino or hydroxyl groups of the o-phenanthroline derivative and the carboxyl group of graphene oxide(GO)were subjected to amidation reaction or esterification reaction to obtain the GO/Eu-complex composites.The complexes of Eu(tta)_(3)(5-NH_(2)-Phen),Eu(tta)_(3)(5-IMP-Phen),Eu(tta)_(3)(5-IMA-Phen)and composites for GO-Eu(tta)_(3)(5-NH_(2)-Phen),GO-Eu(tta)_(3)(5-IMP-Phen),GO-Eu(tta)_(3)(5-IMA-Phen)were fully characterized by 1H NMR,FT-IR,MS,XPS,SEM,TEM and elemental analysis and it was confirmed that the products were consistent with the designed structure.The UV-vis and fluorescence spectra of the complexes and composites were also tested.The results indicated that as-prepared composites had good photophysical properties and great application potential in the field of organic electroluminescence devices.
