教师背景特征影响大学生评教分数的实证分析

An empirical analysis of the influence of teachers′background characteristics on college students′teaching evaluation score

高校教师背景特征对学生评教分数是否存在显著的影响一直存在争论,基于M大学课堂教学质量评价系统的真实数据,利用单因素方差模型分析了高校教师背景特征影响学生评教分数的显著性.结果表明:教师性别、年龄和职称对学生评教分数的影响不显著;教师学历特征对学生评教分数的影响具有显著性,且硕士研究生教师与博士研究生教师之间的影响差异最大.

Whether college teachers′background characteristics have a significant impact on students′evaluation scores has always been debated.Based on the real data of the classroom teaching quality evaluation system of M University,this paper uses One-way analysis of variance model to analyze the significance of the background characteristics of college teachers influencing students′evaluation scores.The analysis results show that the gender,age,and professional title of teachers have no significant influence on students′evaluation scores;the characteristics of teachers′academic qualifications have significant influence on students′evaluation scores,and the difference between master′s degree teachers and doctoral degree teachers is the largest.
