穴位敷贴联合持续性护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者疗效及肺功能的影响

Effect of continuous nursing combined with acupoint application on curative effect and lung function in elderly patients with stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨持续性护理联合穴位敷贴对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者疗效及肺功能的影响。方法将82例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各41例。两组均给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合常规护理,研究组在此基础上予以喘贴灵穴位敷贴联合持续性护理。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后比较两组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积,采用圣乔治呼吸问卷评定两组呼吸状况及疾病对日常生活的影响。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组用力肺活量及第1秒用力呼气容积水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组圣乔治呼吸问卷评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论喘贴灵穴位敷贴联合持续性护理应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者效果显著,可改善患者肺功能,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with acupoint application on curative effect and lung function in elderly patients with stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 82 patients with stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into study group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation,and the study group was given continuous nursing combined with Chuantieling acupoint application on this basis.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume at one second(FEV1)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.St George's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)was used to assess the respiratory status and the impact of disease on daily life in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FVC and FEV1 in the study group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SGRQ scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Continuous nursing combined with Chuantieling acupoint application has a significant effect on elderly patients with stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can improve the lung function of patients and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
