ICNSS分层管理对老年重症脑卒中患者ICU住院时间及护理满意度的影响

Effect of ICNSS hierarchical management on ICU hospital stay and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with severe stroke

目的探讨重症监护护理评分系统分层管理对老年重症脑卒中患者重症加强护理病房住院时间及护理满意度的影响。方法将94例老年重症脑卒中患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各47例。两组均给予常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予重症监护护理评分系统分层管理干预。观察住院全程。比较两组重症加强护理病房住院时间、机械通气时间、平均住院时间,比较两组并发症、护理风险事件、护患纠纷发生率,比较两组护理工作满意度。结果研究组重症加强护理病房住院时间、机械通气时间、平均住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症、护理风险事件、护患纠纷发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),研究组护理工作满意度各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论重症监护护理评分系统分层管理能促进老年重症脑卒中患者恢复,提高护理质量及护理工作满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of intensive care nursing scoring system(ICNSS)hierarchical management on intensive care unit(ICU)hospital stay and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with severe stroke.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with severe stroke in ICU were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given ICNSS hierarchical management intervention on the basis of the control group.The whole process of hospitalization was observed.The ICU hospital stay,duration of mechanical ventilation and average hospital stay were compared between the two groups.The incidence of complications,nursing risk events and nurse-patient disputes were compared between the two groups,and nursing job satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results The ICU hospital stay,duration of mechanical ventilation and average hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications,nursing risk events and nurse-patient disputes were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The ICNSS hierarchical management can promote the recovery of elderly patients with severe stroke,and improve the quality of nursing and nursing job satisfaction.
