摘要
在机车转向架上,橡胶弹性元件是悬挂装置的主要组成部分,一旦发生故障将带来很大的机车行车安全隐患,其性能参数的改变也将影响列车运行的舒适性和稳定性。文中以机车转向架悬挂部件中的牵引拉杆装配作为研究对象,采用SW软件建立牵引拉杆装配模型,简化三维模型结构、优化模型参数,通过FEA分析软件校核牵引拉杆装配杆体强度。在极限牵引载荷95 kN工况下,分析牵引拉杆装配杆体结构强度并校核35CrMo材质是否满足强度要求。在3g冲击载荷及极限压缩载荷285 kN工况下,分析牵引拉杆装配杆体结构强度并校核35CrMo材质是否满足强度要求。
In the locomotive bogie,the rubber elastic element is the main component of the suspension device.Once the fault occurs,it will bring great hidden danger to the locomotive running,and the change of its performance parameters will also affect the train running comfort and stability.This paper takes the traction rod assembly in the suspension parts of the locomotive bogie as the research object.SW software is used to establish the traction rod assembly model,simplify the three-dimensional model structure,optimize the model parameters,and check the strength of the traction rod assembly rod through FEA analysis software.Under the working condition of 95 kN ultimate traction load,the structural strength of the assembly rod of traction tie rod is analyzed,and whether the material of 35CrMo meets the strength requirements is checked.Under the working condition of 3g impact load,which is the ultimate compressive load of 285 kN,the structural strength of the traction rod assembly rod body is analyzed and whether the 35CrMo material meets the strength requirements is checked.
