自动刷涂酱料烧烤设备的设计与实验

摘要 针对当前烧烤市场上的工作方式,基于STM32单片机控制技术,设计了一种能够在木炭烤炉上模拟人工刷涂酱料的机械装置。对刷涂酱料动作进行了运动方案分析和设计,对系统部件和控制方案进行选型和设计,并对关键连接件强度进行了有限元分析校验以确保满足强度要求。经过试验,该装置可以实现模拟人工在市场常用木炭烧烤炉上的刷涂酱料运动,为自动化烧烤提供了新思路。 In view of the current working methods in the barbecue market,based on the STM32 single-chip control technology,a mechanical device that can simulate the manual brushing of sauce on the charcoal grill is designed.The motion plan analysis and design of the action of brushing the sauce are carried out.The system components and control schemes are selected and designed.In addition,a finite element analysis strength check is performed on the key connections to ensure that the strength requirements are met.After testing,the device can simulate the movement of manually brushing sauce on the commonly used charcoal grill in the market,providing a new idea for automated grilling.
