摘要
在汽车总成零件生产过程中需要不停地对零件尺寸进行总成检具的检测,针对很多汽车零件工厂在使用总成检具时,采用人工的方式上料与固定基准点造成的生产效率低、产品质量不稳定及可靠性差的问题,设计一种全自动总成检具的机械手上料装置。根据机械原理和工艺设计要求把装置的爪头设计为多滑块夹紧机构,并利用无杆气缸提供动力,能够很好地实现总成检具的全自动精确上料定位。在设计过程中,利用SolidWorks对装置的零件进行建模并装配成一个完整的上料机械手臂,最后通过对机械爪连杆机构形变量进行有限元应力分析。使用合金钢屈服应力效果好,该总成检具上料装置与常用的单侧多细棒夹紧装置相比能够更加稳定、效率高、载荷能力强,并以可靠的速度将零件上料至固定的基准点。
In the production process of automobile assembly parts,it is necessary to constantly check the size of the parts.Many auto parts factories use manual loading and fixed reference points when using assembly inspection tools,which results in low production efficiency,unstable product quality and poor reliability.Therefore,a manipulator feeding device for automatic assembly inspection tools is designed.According to the mechanical principle and process design requirements,the claw head of the device is designed as a multi-slider clamping mechanism,and the rodless cylinder is used to provide power,which can well realize the automatic and accurate feeding and positioning of the assembly inspection tool.In the design process,SolidWorks is used to model the parts of the device and assemble them into a complete loading manipulator.After the finite element stress analysis on the deformation of the mechanical claw link mechanism,the alloy steel used has a good yield stress effect.Compared with the commonly used single-side multiple thin rod clamping device,this assembly checking tool loading device can be more stable,efficient,strong in load capacity,and can load parts to a fixed reference point at a reliable speed.
