颗粒粒径对Y型供料器内流场影响的CFD模拟

摘要 Y型供料器作为气力输送系统的重要装置,供料器内流场的变化将会影响整个输送系统的效率。为研究颗粒粒径对Y型供料器内流场的影响,采用计算流体力学(CFD)中的离散相模型(DPM)模拟Y型供料器中颗粒的运动情况,找出颗粒粒径对Y型供料器内流场影响规律。结果表明:颗粒粒径为2~50μm范围内时,随着颗粒粒径的增加,Y型供料器内压降逐渐降低,且降低趋势越来越平缓,颗粒出口速度也逐渐降低。 The Y-type feeder is an important device of the pneumatic conveying system,and the change of the flow field in the feeder will affect the efficiency of the entire conveying system.In order to study the effect of particle size on the flow field in the Y-type feeder,the discrete phase model(DPM)in computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is used to simulate the movement of the particles in the Y-type feeder to find the law of the influence of particle size on the flow field in the Y-type feeder.The results show that the particle size ranges from 2μm to 50μm,as the particle size increases,the pressure drop in the Y-type feeder gradually decreases,and the decreasing trend becomes more and more gentle,and the particle outlet velocity gradually decreases.
