摘要
瓶盖是生活中常见的物品,瓶盖的同向排列在工业中具有着重要的价值,它可以为后续的瓶盖与瓶身的装配提供有效的工序保障。文中根据竖立的瓶盖的重心是非对称的这一点出发,构建了瓶盖择向实验模型,验证了竖立状态的瓶盖完全可以利用瓶盖择道保障通过的瓶盖同向排列,并在此基础上设计了瓶盖同向排列设备,为设计者们提供一种有效的解决问题的思路。
Bottle cap is a common article in life.The co-directional arrangement of bottle caps has important value in industry.It can provide effective process guarantee for the subsequent assembly of bottle cap and bottle body.According to the fact that the center of gravity of the vertical bottle cap is asymmetric,this paper constructs an experimental model of bottle cap orientation selection,and verifies that the vertical bottle cap can make use of the bottle cap orientation selection to ensure the passing bottle cap co-directional arrangement.On this basis,the bottle cap co-directional arrangement equipment is designed,which provides an effective solution for designers.
