摘要
针对Passim卷烟机上的行星轮系式喇叭嘴烟条切割支撑装置进行运动学分析,阐述了喇叭嘴圆周运动的同时保持平动的原理,并对行星轮系式喇叭嘴齿轮箱中的齿轮组非标准中心距安装进行了论述,最后进行了运动学仿真分析,得出了行星轮与行星架的转速相等、方向相反及喇叭嘴的最大水平速度,验证了该原理的正确性。
This paper mainly analyzes kinematics of the horn-shaped mouth type of planetary gear train used for supporting when cutting cigarette in the Passim cigarette machine,and describes the principle of circular motion of horn-shaped mouth while maintaining the translational movement.The non-standard center distance installation of planetary gear systems in the gear box is analyzed.Kinematics simulation is carried out.The results prove that the rotation speed of the planet wheel and the planet carrier is equal,the direction is opposite,and the maximum horizontal speed of the bell mouth,which verifies the correctness of the principle.
