摘要
凸轮轮廓设计主要有作图法和解析法两种。对于精度要求较高的凸轮,必须采用解析法列出凸轮轮廓曲线的方程式,借助于计算机辅助设计凸轮轮廓。文中基于SolidWorks软件,根据从动件运动规律设计凸轮轮廓曲线,并反求从动件运动规律。结果表明,从动件理论和仿真位移值误差不超过±4%,验证了应用SolidWorks软件进行凸轮设计的可行性。
There are two main types of cam profile design:drawing method and analytical method.For cams with high precision requirements,an analytical method must be used to list the equations of the cam profile curve,and the cam profile must be designed with the aid of computer aid.Based on the SolidWorks software,this paper designs the cam profile curve according to the motion law of the follower,and inversely finds the motion law of the follower.The results show that the error between the theoretical and simulated displacement values of the follower does not exceed±4%,which verifies the feasibility of using SolidWorks software for cam design.
