摘要 在钻井过程中,鉴于PDC钻头切削齿的布局对PDC钻头的稳定性和钻井效率起着关键作用,国外研发设计了一种新型切削齿布局方法。即以切削齿的力平衡组来布齿,该力平衡组包含3个或4个连续切削齿,这些切削齿均匀且按一定角度分布在钻头周围主刀翼和副刀翼上,通过调整连续齿之间的角度和径向半径使切削齿组达到力平衡。实验结果表明,该技术能有效提高钻井效率,并使钻井过程中不平衡力达到平衡或降到最低限度。 During the drilling process,the layout of the cutting teeth of the PDC bit plays a key role in the stability and drilling efficiency of the PDC bit.A new type of cutting teeth layout method is developed and designed abroad.The teeth are arranged by a force-balanced group of cutting teeth.The force-balanced group contains three or four continuous cutting teeth,which are evenly distributed at a certain angle on the main blade and auxiliary blade around the drill bit.By adjusting the angle and radial radius between consecutive teeth,the cutting teeth group can achieve force balance.Experimental results show that this technology can effectively improve drilling efficiency and balance or minimize the unbalanced force during drilling.
