对某压缩机厂的冰箱压缩机吸气消声器的优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对某压缩机厂推出的某新型号压缩机的吸气消声器的声学特性进行分析和实验测试,进而提出改进方案。最后通过装机测试达到降低整机噪声的目的。采用Solid Edge对压缩机的消声器进行三维建模,用Hypermesh软件进行网格的划分,运用声学软件SYSNOISE对声学模型进行有限元仿真计算,最后打样装机进行整机测试。整机测试在半消声室内采用十点法噪声测试方法完成测试验证。文中讨论的消声器为两级扩张式抗性消声器,抗性消声器主要是利用管道截面的突然扩张(或者收缩)造成通道内声阻抗突变,沿管道传播的某些频率的声波通不过消声器而反射回声源去。由于声波通不过消声器,也就传不出来,从而达到消声的目的。 This paper analyzes and tests the acoustical characteristics of the suction mufflers of a new type compressor launched by a compressor factory,and then proposes the improvement scheme.Finally,the noise of the compressor is reduced through the installation test.The model of the compressor muffler is built by software Solid Edge.Hypermesh software is used to divide the mesh.The acoustic model is simulated using the acoustic software SYSNOISE.The prototype is installed,and the noise of the compressor is tested.Noise test is completed by ten points method in a semi-muffled room.This muffler is a two-stage expansion-type resistive muffler.Resistant muffler mainly uses the sudden expansion(or contraction)of the pipe section to cause the abrupt change of acoustic impedance in the channel.So certain frequencies of sound waves traveling along the pipe cannot pass through the muffler and are reflected back to the source.Since sound waves cannot pass through the muffler,and they cannot be transmitted out,finally the noise is reduced.
