摘要
玻璃银纹是有机玻璃主要失效形式之一,在大的拉应力作用下,加速了银纹的产生和扩展。文中以某飞机前座舱一矩形玻璃为对像,根据银纹产生的位置与形貌判定与拉应力有关,通过理论分析、数值模拟,从气密载荷、装配间隙量两方面分析银纹产生原因,为设计、装配提供参考。
Glass craze is one of the main failure modes of plexiglass.Under the action of large tensile stress,it accelerates the generation and expansion of craze.Taking a rectangular glass in the front cockpit of an aircraft as the object,this paper judges that the position and topography produced by craze are related to the tensile stress.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the causes of craze are analyzed in terms of airtight load and assembly clearance,which provide references for design and assembly.
