新冠肺炎合并糖尿病研究现状及对血糖影响因素的探讨

新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)作为一种发病率高、传染性强、病情变化快的疾病,随着对其临床特征及发病机制的研究快速进展,该病呼吸系统以外症状受到越来越多的重视。糖尿病作为常见的慢性疾病,潜在的感染风险较高。本文就新冠肺炎合并糖尿病的研究现状及对血糖的影响因素作一探讨,旨在提高疫情防控中对该病的认识,为积极调整新冠肺炎合并糖尿病患者的诊治策略提供参考。

Novel coronavirus pneumonia(Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19))is a highly pathogenic,highly infectious disease with rapid change of incidence rate.With the rapid development of its clinical characteristics and pathogenesis,the symptoms of respiratory system outside the disease have attracted more and more attention.As a common chronic disease,diabetes has a high risk of infection.Novel coronavirus pneumonia with diabetes mellitus and novel coronavirus pneumonia were discussed in this paper,aiming to improve the awareness of the disease and provide a reference for adjusting the diagnosis and treatment strategy of novel coronavirus pneumonia patients with diabetes mellitus.
