浮针治疗膝关节周围炎的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of floating-acupuncture therapy for periarthritis of knee

目的探讨浮针治疗膝关节周围炎的效果。方法选取2018年1月-2020年2月华侨大学附属厦门长庚医院收治的52例膝关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为浮针组(26例)和对照组(26例),浮针组采用浮针治疗,对照组采用神经阻滞治疗。比较2组的治疗前和治疗后4周的膝关节疼痛数字分级法(NRS)评分和临床效果。结果2组治疗后NRS评分均低于治疗前,且浮针组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);浮针组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针治疗膝关节周围炎能显著改善患者的疼痛程度,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Floating-Acupuncture Therapy on Periarthritis of knee.Methods 52 patients with Periarthritis of knee admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into Floating-Acupuncture group(26 cases)and control group(26 cases).Patients in Floating-Acupuncture group were treated with Floating-Acupuncture Therapy,while patients in control group were treated with nerve block.NRS score and clinical effects of treatment were compared between 2 groups before and four weeks after treatment.Results NRS score after treatment was lower than that before treatment in two groups(P<0.05);NRS score after treatment in Floating-Acupuncture group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);Clinical effect in Floating-Acupuncture group was better than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating-Acupuncture Therapy for Periarthritis of knee can improve the therapeutic effect by ameliorating the degree of pain,which is worthy of clinical application.
