Research on the Dual Functions of Talents Training and Social Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确提出要完善学历教育与培训并重的现代职业教育体系。高职院校在完成人才培养任务的同时,要积极为社会各行各业提供所需的职业培训,实现人才培养与社会培训双重职能的发挥。因此,高职院校应在分析实施意义及存在问题的基础上,确定其更好实施人才培养与社会培训双重职能的提升路径。

"The Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform"clearly proposes to improve the modern vocational education system,which pays equal attention to academic education and training.While completing the task of talents training,higher vocational colleges should actively provide the necessary vocational training for all walks of life in society to realize the dual functions of talents training and social training.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the implementation significance and existing problems,higher vocational colleges should determine its improvement paths of better implementing the dual functions of talents training and social training.
