Research on the Path of Enrollment and Employment in Higher Vocational Colleges

面对日趋激烈的生源竞争,高职院校要想实现新突破、新发展,必须统筹规划招生与就业工作、提升学生的专业素质、加强校企合作,不断提升招生就业工作质量。在分析目前高职院校招生就业工作存在问题的基础上,探究高职院校招生就业工作的改进路径,以期为高职教育发展提供借鉴。

In the face of increasingly fierce competition for students,if higher vocational colleges want to achieve new breakthroughs and new developments,they must make an overall plan for enrollment and employment,improve students'professional quality,strengthen cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and continuously improve the quality of enrollment and employment.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the enrollment and employment of higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the improvement path of the enrollment and employment in higher vocational colleges in order to provide reference for the development of higher vocational education.
