With the continuous advancement of science and technology,the internet has gradually become a new field of ideological development,and the problem of the discourse right of internet ideology is becoming more and more prominent.It also brings challenges to the discourse right of ideology in four aspects:discourse subject,discourse system,discourse carrier and discourse environment.To construct the discourse right of Internet ideology and meet the challenges,we need to strengthen team construction and capital optimization,and enhance the presence of discourse subjects,shape practical content and people-friendly expression to open a new chapter in the discourse system,promote media integration and technological breakthrough,and improve the reliability of discourse carrier,strengthen the economic foundation and legal guarantee,optimize the livability of the discourse environment,meet challenges in an all-round and three-dimensional way,and firmly grasp the discourse right of ideology.
