摘要
研究纤孔菌属的桦褐孔菌化学成分。运用硅胶柱色谱、MCI gel树脂、LH-20葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱色谱、HPLC、ODS等色谱分离手段,对桦褐孔菌的甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,通过其氢谱和碳谱数据与文献进行对照,鉴定其结构。共分离了9个化合物,分别鉴定为:5,7,22-三烯-3β-羟基-麦角甾(HH-1)、(22E)-5a,8a-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3b-ol(HH-2)、桦褐孔菌萜C(HH-3)、羊毛甾醇(HH-4)、inonotsutriol A(HH-5)、Inonotusane B(HH-6)、Euphol(HH-7)、3β-乙酰齐墩果酸(HH-8)、巨豆-5-烯-3,9-二醇(HH-9)。
To investigate the chemical constituents of Inonotus obliquus distributed in Nyingchi,the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and their structures were identified by analysis of spectroscopic evidence and physicochemical properties as well as relevant references.A total of 9 compounds were isolated from plant material extracted with aqueous methanol,which were elucidated as ergosta-5,7,22-triene-3β-ol(HH-1),(22E)-5a,8a-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3b-ol(HH-2),inoterpene C(HH-3),lanosterol(HH-4),inonotsutriol A(HH-5),inonotusane B(HH-6),Euphol(HH-7),3β-acetoxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid(HH-8),Megastigm-5-ene-3,9-diol(HH-9).
