林芝市土地利用变化与经济发展关系分析

Analysis on the Relationship between Land Use Change and Economic Development in Nyingchi City

以林芝市作为研究区域,依据2014~2018年的土地利用和经济发展情况,选取相关指标,采用SPSS软件进行两者的相关性分析,结果发现土地结构的变化对林芝市的经济发展有促进作用,GDP产值、城市居民人均可支配收入、农村居民人均可支配收入逐年增长,其中固定资产与交通运输用地呈正相关且显著。土地利用与经济发展密切相关,居民点及独立工矿用地、其他土地(设施农地)、交通运输用地与经济发展指标相关极显著。由此,对林芝市土地未来可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Taking Nyingchi City as the survey region and according to the land use and economic development situation from 2014 to 2018,the correlation between them was analyzed by SPSS software.The results showed that the change of land structure promoted the economic development of Nyingchi City,and the Gross Domestic Product(GDP),per capita disposable income of urban residents and per capita disposable income of rural residents increased year by year,among which fixed assets were positively correlated with transportation land.Land use was closely related to economic development.Residential areas,independent industrial and mining land,other land(facility farmland)and transportation land were significantly related to economic development indicators.Therefore,it has certain reference significance for the future sustainable development of land use in Nyingchi City.
