车载安检设备轻量化设计与应用

Lightweight Design and Application of On-board Security Checking Equipment

摘要 本文针对车载安检设备轻量化的需求,进行了结构优化,采用了铝合金作为主要结构材料替换原有钢材。通过建立有限元模型,对比了钢和铝的框架在典型工况下的应力情况,验证优化后新设计方案满足设计和使用要求。 According to the lightweight requirement of on-board security checking equipment,the structure is optimized and aluminum alloy is used as the main structural material to replace steel.Based on the establishment of finite element model,the stress of steel and aluminum frames under typical working conditions are compared.The new design scheme is verified to meet the design and use requirements.
