商用车压铸铝合金冷凝器支架优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 目前商用车普遍所使用的冷凝器支架多为Q235A材料冲压成型,从优化设计的角度看,存在重量较重、结构传力不够合理等缺点。为了克服上述缺点,利用Hypermesh软件进行拓扑优化并采用YL104压铸铝合金材料,全新设计支架,使结构更加合理,实现轻量化目的的同时提升支架的可靠性。新设计支架已经通过台架振动试验和可靠性试验验证,满足设计要求,对于商用车轻量化设计具有重要的指导意义。 At present,the condenser bracket used in the commercial vehicle is mostly made of Q235A material.It has obvious unreasonable weight and load transfer path design.In order to overcome above shortcomings,Hypermesh software was used to optimize the structure.YL104 die-cast aluminum alloy material was implemented for an optimized new bracket structure re-design.At the same time,weight and reliability target were considered and reached.The new designed bracket has been verified by vibration bench test and reliability test.It meets the design requirements and has important guiding significance for the lightweight design of commercial vehicles.
