摘要
传统洗扫车风机采用单独布置的结构形式,由于箱体进气道较长,并且气流在输送过程中会经过多次变向,导致流场压阻增加,系统能耗较高。本文将风机与箱体结构集成设计,并对风机气力系统进行优化,降低系统压阻,能耗,实现整车轻量化。本文以18t传统洗扫车为基础,进行风机集成箱体设计,并对集成后结构进行气力系统仿真,并验证了集成设计后洗扫车的整车性能与原结构基本一致,实现上装电机能耗降低13%。
The traditional Scrubbing truck fan structure and the box body are arranged separately.Due to the long flow channel,the gas flow will change direction for many times in the conveying process,the pressure loss of the flow field increases,and the system energy consumption is high.In this paper,the structure of the fan and the box is integrated,and the pneumatic system of the fan is optimized to reduce the pressure resistance and energy consumption of the system,so as to realize the lightweight of the whole vehicle.In this paper,based on the 18t traditional Scrubbing truck,the fan integrated box is designed,and the pneumatic system simulation of the integrated structure is carried out,and it is verified that the vehicle performance of the integrated design washing and sweeping car is basically consistent with the original structure,and the energy consumption of the upper motor is reduced by 13%.
