摘要
为设计穿戴舒适的头盔类产品,依据三维扫描技术采集了346位年龄为18~28岁中国青年男性头部三维数据模型;结合逆向工程GEOMAGIC软件,完成样本数据模型的预处理、坐标系的统一、9个头部特征尺寸的测量;利用SPSS统计分析软件,完成样本数据的奇异值删除与正态分布检测,进一步通过数理统计分析的方法,计算得到头部特征尺寸的平均值、标准差、分布区间等指标,为头盔类产品的造型设计提供参考。
In order to design comfortable helmet products,and collected 3D data models of the heads of 346 Chinese young men aged 18-28 years old based on 3D scanning technology in this paper;combined with the reverse engineering GEOMAGIC software to complete the preprocessing of the sample data model and the unification of the coordinate system,9 head feature size measurement;using SPSS statistical analysis software to complete the singular value deletion and normal distribution detection of sample data,and further through mathematical statistical analysis methods,calculate the average head feature size,standard deviation,Indicators such as the distribution interval provide a reference for the shape design of helmet products.
