Product Service System Design of Pet Foster Care

在社会家庭结构中宠物地位提高的推动下,研究宠物行业中寄养服务系统的设计策略及设计方案。将产品服务系统设计的工具方法应用到宠物寄养服务的全过程,通过问卷调研对宠物主及寄养场所负责人进行研究,分析其需求及典型行为,构建目标用户画像以及用户旅程图,从而挖掘用户痛点并制定宠物寄养服务系统的设计策略。通过服务设计的工具对于宠物寄养产品进行创新设计,对于寄养系统的优化具有指导意义。

To study the design strategy and scheme of foster care service system in pet industry under the promotion of pet status in social family structure.The tools and methods of product service system design were applied to the whole process of pet foster care service.Through questionnaire survey,the pet owners and the person in charge of foster care places were studied,their needs and typical behaviors were analyzed,and the target user portraits and user journey maps were constructed,so as to dig out the pain points of users and formulate the design strategy of pet foster care service system.Innovative design of pet foster care products through service design tools is of guiding significance for the optimization of foster care system.
