摘要
油罐车卸料时,尽可能减少残液量,是减少经济损失,避免二次污染的重要手段,本文提出了提高卸料末段管内液体流速和改进目前常用抽吸管端头两项措施,对减少卸料时罐内残液数量,具有明显的效果。特别是改进抽吸端口结构,采用了气液进口分离的技术措施,利用射流形成的真空,提高了抽吸端口的抽吸能力,为减少卸料残液创造了条件,具有推广的意义。
When the tanker truck is unloading,reducing the amount of residual liquid as much as possible is an important means to reduce economic losses and avoid secondary pollution.This article proposes to increase the flow velocity in the end pipe and improve the currently commonly used suction pipe.The two measures have obvious effects on reducing the amount of residual liquid in the tank during unloading,especially improving the structure of the suction port,adopting the technical of gas-liquid separation,and using the vacuum formed by the jet to improve the flows,which has the promotional significance.
