摘要
现今工业生产及生活中利用压缩空气在柔性管道中吹送物料的应用越来越多,但在此类应用的理论计算方面却无相关计算公式可以参考。为推算出吹送物料在管道出口时的速度,吹出料管的时间,根据实际应用时的需求参数,通过建立管道吹送模型,联合理想气体状态方程,绝热等熵过程中的气体变化计算公式,位移、速度、加速度之间的微分关系式,以及吹送物料过程中压缩空气泄漏的最大流量计算公式,推导出吹送物料的管道长度与物料出口速度,管道长度与物料吹出时间的计算公式,以及吹送过程中各影响因素对物料出口速度与吹出时间之间的关系。通过实验数据,修正了在部分参数确定时的计算公式。
At present,the application of compressed air to blow materials in flexible pipes in industrial production and daily life is based on actual needs,and on-site adjustment and debugging are completed in the manufacturing to meet the requirements of use.There is no accurate and feasible calculation formula.In order to calculate the velocity of blowing the material at the outlet,according to the actual application parameter requirements,using the pipeline blowing model and related experimental data,through the ideal gas state equation,the amount of work done in the adiabatic process,and the related calculations of compressed gas leakage,etc.Calculate the calculation method of the speed of the blowing material at the outlet.
