摘要
本文对三相异步自整流电机整流器在实际使用中的问题进行了分析,分别介绍了整流器与电磁制动器的工作关系、整流器的工作原理以及类型,对实际中遇到的整流器故障进行了定位分析,在瞬态脉冲干扰抑制方法上分别采用一阶RC低通滤波电路、双向瞬态抑制二极管和增强型电源滤波器,对比了几种整改措施的波形效果,并提出了电机控制电路设计时应注意的几个问题,对三相异步自整流电机整流器在实际中的应用提供了一定的参考。
In this paper,the problems of the three-phase asynchronous self-rectification motor rectifier in practical use are analyzed,the working relationship between rectifier and electromagnetic brake,the working principle and types of rectifier are introduced,the rectifier faults encountered in practice are located and analyzed,first order RC low-pass filter circuit,bidirectional transient suppression diode and enhanced power filter are used to suppress transient pulse interference,the waveform effect of several rectification measures is compared,some problems that should be paid attention to in the design of motor control circuit are put forward,it provides some reference for the practical application of three-phase asynchronous self-rectification motor rectifier.
