城镇化进程中蒙汉杂居社区音乐实践的田野调查--从内蒙古土默特右旗“文化大院”个案谈起

Field Work on Music Practice of Mongolian and Han Communities in the Process of Urbanization--On the Case of“Cultural Yard”in Tumd Right Banner of Inner Mongolia

随着社会变迁中城镇化进程的不断加快,作为蒙汉杂居的少数民族地区,其城镇化问题有着区别于其它地区的特殊性。文化大院是一种自娱自乐、非营利性的群众组织形式,通过民众日常音乐实践活动将传统音乐形式与社会文化联系起来。作为浓缩城乡关系、蒙汉关系的载体,承载着特殊的意义。自20世纪50年代以来,文化大院经历了不同的历史时期,如今已发展成为政府组织管理并被纳入到国家公共文化服务体系之中的重要场域。文章从蒙汉杂居民众音乐实践现实状况出发,考察城乡不同类型文化大院及组织方式,力求将现实问题与国家政策联系起来,进一步完善公共文化服务体系,促进国家认同以及和谐社会建设,达到自上而下的任务主导机制与自下而上的利益反馈机制的良性对接,从而实现更加深远的现实意义。

With the accelerating of urbanization in the process of social change,as a mixed Mongolian and Han Minority Area,its urbanization problem is different from other areas.Cultural Yard is a kind of self-entertainment and non-profit mass organization form,which connects traditional music form with social culture through people's daily music practice.As the carrier of concentrating urban-rural relationship and Mongolian Han relationship,it bears special significance.Since the 1950s,the Cultural Yard has experienced different historical periods,and now it has developed into an important field of government management and incorporated into the national public cultural service system.Starting from the reality of music practice of Mongolian and Han people living together,this paper investigates the different types of Cultural Yard and organization mode in urban and rural areas,tries to link the practical problems with national policies,further improve the public cultural service system,promote national identity and the construction of a harmonious society,and achieve the benign docking of the top-down task leading mechanism and the bottom-up benefit feedback mechanism,So as to achieve more profound practical significance.
