摘要
车架作为纯电动公交车的主要承载结构,车架的强度、刚度以及轻量化关系到公交车稳定性、舒适性以及续航性等。通过对纯电动公交车的车架静强度分析,得出纯电动公交车车架在不同工况下的应力和应变情况,以车架轻量化为目标,对车架进行结构的优化以及验证。在有效提升了公交车续航能力的同时,对改善公交车的综合性能起到极大的促进作用。
As the main load-bearing structure of pure electric bus,the strength,stiffness and lightweight of the frame are related to the stability,comfort and endurance of the bus.Through the static strength analysis of the pure electric bus frame,the stress and strain of the pure electric bus frame under different working conditions are obtained.Aiming at the lightweight of the frame,the structure of the frame is optimized and verified.While effectively improving the endurance capacity of buses,it plays a great role in improving the comprehensive performance of buses.
