新形势下军工企业外协质量管理思考

Some Thoughts on Quality Management of Military Outsourcing Supply under the New Situation

目前大多数科研生产军工企业,在保留核心部件生产能力的基础上,将大量生产任务委外进行,外协产品质量对整机装备质量的影响日益增加。该文对军民深度融合、国军标体系换版、武器装备升级换代、产品生产周期缩短等新形势下外协单位质量管理进行了探讨,并希望通过信息化建设、增加外协单位竞争活力、整合供应链集群、提升合作层次等措施,促进外协单位自发自主的实现质量管理水平的持续提升,进而满足新形势下全面提升武器装备质量、保持市场竞争成本优势的需求。

At present,most military enterprises are outsourcing the mass task of producing,which is on the basis of retaining the production capacity of core components.Therefore,the influence of the quality of outsourcing supply to that of the whole equipment has been increasing.This paper has discussed the quality management of military outsourcing supply under the new situation,including greater civil-military integration,GB and GJB revision,weaponry upgrade,and production cycle shortening.And we hope to improve the spontaneous quality management level of outsourcing unit continuously,through information construction,outsourcing unit compe titive ability enhancement,supply chain cluster integration,and cooperation level improvement,which will satisfy the requirement for comprehensively improving the quality of weaponry,and maintaining the cost advantage of market competition under the new situation.
