屈曲约束支撑加固某框架结构宿舍楼的抗震性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 历次震害表明抗震加固可以有效提高既有建筑的抗震性能。结合原合肥市第六中学办公楼拟改造为学生宿舍的实例,对既有建筑由丙类建筑改造成乙类建筑时如何抗震加固进行了探讨,并根据抗震鉴定结果,对提出的以屈曲约束支撑(简称为BRB)为主的加固方案和增大截面法加固方案对比分析其技术经济指标,结果表明以BRB为主的加固方案比单纯采用增大截面法更经济,同时还减少了对建筑使用功能的影响;对拟采用的以BRB为主的加固方案进行了Pushover分析,结果表明BRB能有效成为结构的第1道抗震防线,满足“强柱弱梁”的结构设计要求和“大震不倒”的性能目标。 The previous earthquakes show that the seismic reinforcement can effectively improve the seismic performance of the existing buildings.Based on the case of the former office building of Hefei No.6 Middle School to be transformed into student dormitory,this paper discusses how to retrofit the existing building from class C to class B.According to the seismic evaluation results,the technical and economic indicators of the proposed buckling restrained brace(BRB)and the section enlargement method are compared and analyzed.The results show that the BRB method is more economical than the section enlargement method,and at the same time it reduces the influence on the function of the building.The Pushover analysis of the proposed BRB-based reinforcement scheme shows that BRB can effectively become the first seismic defense line of the structure,and meet the structural design requirements of"strong columns and weak beams"and the performance target of"failing in a large earthquake".
