不同细度石灰石粉对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土抗压强度及抗氯离子性能的影响

摘要 针对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能不足的问题,通过试验研究了石灰石粉的细度(325目、400目和500目)对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的抗压性能及抗氯离子性能的影响,测试了抗压强度及氯离子渗透深度,并结合混凝土的结合水试验,定性、定量地分析了石灰石粉对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的影响。试验结果表明:细度为500目时能有效地提高混凝土抗压强度;石灰石粉细度超过400目时能有效地提高抗氯离子渗透性能。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete with high fly ash content,the influence of fineness of limestone powder(325 mesh,400 mesh and 500 mesh)on compressive and chloride ion resistance of concrete with large fly ash content is studied through experiments,and the compressive strength and chloride ion penetration height are tested.The influence of limestone powder on concrete with large amount of fly ash is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The test results show that the fineness of 500 mesh can effectively improve the compressive strength of concrete,limestone powder fineness more than 400 mesh can effectively improve the resistance to chloride ion penetration performance.
