胡林翼主编汇纂的《读史兵略》,应战争所需专门批注军事地理相关内容,其疏于章句训诂的专题注释属于实用之学,为后世读者研讨兵略学习兵法提供了极大便利。不过,《读史兵略》一书卷帙颇多,地名亦难以计数,为该书地名作注,难免疏忽出错。经过整理辨析,其误注类型主要存在同名异实、混淆致误,以偏概全、欠详致误,因袭致误,不明地望致误,不明政区界线致误以及其他个别原因致误。

Hu linyi edited Dushi Binglue and annotated the military geography content of the book according to the actual needs of the war.This kind of special annotation belongs to practical science and provides convenience for later generations to discuss military strategy.However,Dushi Binglue is a large volume and the place names are hard to count,so the notes to the names of the places in the book are inevitably wrong.After sorting out and analyzing,the types of misannotations mainly include confusing of places names,over-generalization,inheritance of predecessors,inappropriate attribution of political area,unclear demarcation of political area,and some other individual reasons that lead to errors.
