摘要
鲁班工坊建立中高本硕的贯通人才培养模式不仅回应了类型属性理论与技术技能人才发展论中对人获得技能与心智智能的规律要求,也揭示了鲁班工坊探索贯通式培养模式的必然与应然。以天津中德应用技术大学为例,探索鲁班工坊探索中高本硕贯通人才培养模式的可行性,给予应用实践的指导。
The establishment of the middle-high-undergraduate-graduate through-type training model of luban workshop not only responds to the law of acquiring skills and mental intelligence in the theory of type attribute and the development of technical skill talents,but also reveals the necessity and rationality of the exploration of the through-type training mode of Luban workshop.Taking Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences as an example,this article aims to verify the feasibility of exploring the through-type training mode and summarizes the experience from the application practice.
