德国职业教育教师培养模式的特点与启示

摘要 德国职业教育教师培养经过“双能化”、专业化培养,迈向了“双业性”阶段,专业标准、认证程序,培训课程等起到了保障作用,形成了国家主导、职前培养、综合能力、严格认证、融合课程等特点。我国应通过立法增强社会认同、开发特色职教课程、严格教师资格准入、动态职业生涯规划、建立评价考核体系等措施,以不断提高我国职业教育教师培养的有效性。 The training of German vocational education teachers has transitioned from"dual ability"and"specialization"training to the"dual major"stage.Professional standards,certification procedures and training courses have played a guarantee role,forming the characteristics of national leadership,preservice training,comprehensive ability,strict certification and integrated courses.As for the enlightenment to China,It is suggested that China should strengthen social identity through legislation,develop distinctive vocational education courses,strictly enforce teacher qualification access,promote dynamic career planning,and establish evaluation and assessment system,so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of vocational education teacher training in China.
