实践育人视角下地方院校师范生培养新模式--以淮南师范学院援疆项目为例

A New Training Mode of Local Normal University Students from The Perspective of Education through Practice--Take the Education Project of Huainan Normal University in Xinjiang as an Example

摘要 援疆支教大学生在受援地区开展教学的过程中取得了一定成绩,但也存在不足。可通过援疆高校+受援学校+援疆带队教师+支教学生“四维协同”模式共促援疆支教工作可持续发展,创新高校与地方合作的援疆支教新模式,营造高校“三全”育人的良好氛围。 The results show that Xinjiang students have made some achievements in the process of teaching,but there are also many shortcomings.In view of the problems,this paper attempts to promote the sustainable development of supporting education in Xinjiang through the"four-dimensional coordination"(universities to offer aid+schools receiving aid+teachers in the lead+participating students).At the same time,we should build up a new mode of cooperation between colleges and local governments,create a good atmosphere for the"San Quan"education of colleges and universities.
