成渝地区双城经济圈优质跨域合作创新的驱动逻辑——基于区域科技进步奖获奖数据的分析

Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle's Driving Logic in High-Quality Cross-Region Cooperative Innovation——Based on the Analysis of the Data from Regional Scientific and Technical Progress Award

分析成渝地区双城经济圈优质跨域合作创新的驱动逻辑对成渝地区区域创新体系的自我完善与融入国家创新体系具有重要经验价值。本研究在描述和识别成渝地区优质跨域合作创新整体格局与关键参与者的基础上,梳理成渝地区优质跨域合作创新的驱动逻辑。研究发现:合作主体围绕知识和技术等创新资源,在知识邻近、技术邻近这两个核心因素以及地理邻近、制度邻近这两个调节因素的共同影响下,通过跨组织合作模式促成成渝地区双城经济圈优质跨域合作创新。最后,根据研究结论从融入国家创新大循环以及构建优质创新成果生成的生产网、支持网和保障网共4个方面提出研究启示。

It possesses the essential experience value to analyze the driving logic of high-quality cross-region cooperative innovation in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle for self-improvement of regional innovative system of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and merging into national innovative system.This study is to comb Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle's driving logic in high-quality cross-region cooperative innovation based on descriptions and identification of overall pattern and key participants in Chengdu-Chongqing area's high-quality cross-region cooperative innovation.Research findings are as follows.The collaborative agent surrounds the innovative resources such as knowledge and technologies,under the common influences of two core factors(knowledge vicinity and technology vicinity)and two adjustment factors(geography vicinity and regulation vicinity)and promote two cities economic circles in Chengdu-Chongqing area to conduct high-quality cross-region cooperative innovation.Finally,we put forwards the research enlightenment from merging into the big circulation of national innovation and three networks(production network,support network and guarantee network)which are generated from constructing high-quality innovative fruits.
