数字技术驱动下中国知识产权运营平台发展历程及演化趋势

The Development and Evolutional Trend of Chinese Intellectual Property Operation Platform Driven by Digital Technology

数字技术的快速创新推动了中国知识产权运营平台蓬勃发展,知识产权运营已不仅仅是提供服务,而是日益成为聚集知识产权供需方、资本、中介、政府等多主体,实现知识产权创造、保护、管理、运用的平台创新生态系统。本文基于数字技术驱动视角,回顾中国知识产权运营平台从信息电子化阶段到运营智能化阶段的发展历程,从运营主体的商业模式、组织边界及运营壁垒等维度分析其不同发展阶段的特点,并建立数字技术驱动下知识产权运营平台演化模型。研究指出,随着数字技术创新速度的不断加快,中国知识产权运营平台演化趋势将体现在信用化运营、精准化运营、资本化运营及大生态圈运营四个方面。

The accelerated innovation of digital technology has promoted the development of intellectual property operation platform(IPOP)in China.Intellectual property operation has become not only to provide services,but also become the platform innovation ecosystem,which gathers supply and demand sides of capital,intermediary,government and so on,at the aim of creating,protecting,managing and exploiting intellectual property.Based on digital technology-driven perspective,this paper reviews the developing process of China's IPOP from the electronic information stage to the intelligent operation stage,with analyzing the business model,organization boundary and operational barriers of the platform operators.The evolutionary model of IPOP driven by digital technology is proposed.The study had pointed out that as the innovative digital technology speed up,the evolutionary trend of China's IPOP will be reflected in the four aspects of credit operation,precision operation,capitalization operation and ecosystem operation.
