后疫情时代高职院校辅导员对于学生的服务、教育和管理工作,不仅要对学生做好日常的疫情防控教育,更要在心理上进行有效的疏导。因此,高职院校辅导员如何开展好后疫情时代学生的校园学习和生活工作,做好学生的心理疏导,有效的开展人文关怀工作,就显得尤为重要。

In the post-epidemic era,counselors in higher vocational colleges should not only provide students with daily epidemic prevention and control education,but also provide effective psychological guidance.Therefore,it is particularly important for the counselors in higher vocational colleges to carry out the campus study and life work of students in the post-epidemic era,to do a good job in psychological counseling of students,and to effectively carry out humanistic care.
