高校公文流转存在的问题与对策研究

Research on Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Document Circulation in Universities

高校公文是高等教育管理的重要载体,是促进高校各项工作开展的传话筒与助推器。公文流转情况在一定程度上决定了上级文件精神与要求能否顺利落实。本文分析了目前高校公文流转现状,并提出改善高校公文流转情况的对策。

University official document is an important carrier of higher education management,and a microphone and booster to promote the development of university work.The circulation of official documents to a certain extent determines whether the spirit and requirements of superior documents can be carried out smoothly.This paper takes the current situation of document circulation in colleges and universities as the research content,sorts out four major problems and their causes,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the situation of document circulation in colleges and universities from four aspects.
