Three Internal Logics of the Supervision System with Chinese Characteristics

中国特色监察体制区别于西方监察制度,有其内在的三重逻辑:政治逻辑下构建党领导下的"有为监察"是坚持党的领导的根本要求,哲学逻辑下塑造服务人民的权力主体是保障人民当家作主的本质遵循,法治逻辑下坚持依法监察的法治道路是贯彻落实全面依法治国的基本要义。坚持走中国特色的监察道路,要坚持党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国的有机统一,三重逻辑辩证统一于"三位一体",并行不悖。

The supervision system with Chinese characteristics is different from the western supervision system,which has three internal logics:under the political logic,the construction of"capable supervision"under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the fundamental requirement of upholding the Leadership of the Party;under the philosophical logic,the shaping of the power subject serving the people is the essential observance of ensuring that the people are masters of the country;under the legal logic,the adherence to the road of supervision by law is the basic essence of comprehensively promoting law-based governance.To follow the path of supervision with Chinese characteristics,we must adhere to the organic unity of the leadership of the Party,the position of the people as masters of the country,and the rule of law.This three logics are dialectically unified in the"trinity"and run smoothly.
