摘要
运用实验室建立的具有辊履支撑和滑履支撑两种支撑方式的实验球磨机,采用小型滚动轴承和滑瓦支撑两种支撑方式,测试了不同支撑方式下球磨机输入轴的功率及转矩。多辊履支撑相比滑履支撑可以降低功率消耗,为球磨机使用小型滚动轴承支撑提供实际依据。
The power and torque of the input shaft of the ball mill with rolling bearing and sliding-shoe support are obtained by using the small rolling bearing and sliding-shoe support structure.It is verified that the power consumption can be reduced by using multi rolling-shoe support compared with sliding-shoe support,providing a practical basis for using the ball mill with rolling bearing.
