采用新型高分子材料的球钢支座摩擦副性能比较和测试方案设计 被引量:3

摘要 为了提升桥梁球钢支座的性能,需要寻找合适的新型高性能高分子材料作为球钢支座摩擦副的摩擦滑板。目前在新型高分子材料的潜在应用研究中,存在性能参数不一致,且由于力学试验条件不同而导致无法统一合理评估其适用性的问题。本文对比分析了近年来研究较多的改性PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)材料和改性UHMWPE(超高分子量聚乙烯)材料的性能差异,分析了影响其材料性能的各种因素,包括改性填料的类别、填料的含量、填料的粒径等。在此基础上,结合国内外相关规范,提出了一套测试新型高分子材料滑板的力学性能和摩擦性能的测试指标(摩擦系数、线磨耗率、竖向承载力、耐湿热老化性)以及测试方法,有助于得到统一的摩擦副性能指标,促进新型高分子材料在桥梁球钢支座中的应用。 To improve the performance of bridge spherical steel bearing,new high-performance polymer materials are considered to be the sliding element of spherical steel bearing friction pair.At present,the application of such new polymer materials has to deal with inconsistent performance parameters and different test conditions.In this paper,the performance differences between modified PTFE materials and modified UHMWPE materials which have been studied in recent years are compared and various factors affecting the material performance are analyzed,including the types of modified fillers,the content of fillers,the particle size of fillers,etc.On this basis,a set of test indexes(coefficient of friction,wear rate,vertical bearing capacity,thermal and wetting aging resistance)and test protocol for new polymer materials that will be used in bridge spherical steel bearings was proposed in accordance with the related testing codes,which is helpful to obtain a unified performance index of the friction pair and to promote their application.
