摘要
预应力混凝土双T端部新型钢质企口连接方式适用于装配整体式和干连接两种连接方式,可有效地降低结构层高、解决双T板端部配筋拥挤的问题。本文对新型钢质企口设计方法进行系统研究,分析各组成部件的设计原理,解决设计方法中存在的国内外规范“不兼容”问题,给出与中国规范规定衔接的设计方法与流程,并借助设计案例和试验验证了其可行性。
The new end connection made of steel at end of prestressed concrete double tee is suitable for assembly integral connection and dry connection,which can effectively reduce the structural story height and solve the problem of reinforced crowded at the end of double tee.This paper systematically studies the design method of new end connection made of steel,analyzes the design principles of each component,solves the problem of“incompatibility”between domestic and foreign codes in the design method,gives design methods and processes that are in line with Chinese codes,and verify its feasibility through design cases and experiments.
