摘要
该文对船用高压细水雾灭火泵柱塞副开展了受力分析,在综合考虑摩擦力和摩擦升温的前提下建立了柱塞副的泄漏量和热平衡分析模型,开展了不同柱塞副间隙和工况下柱塞副的热平衡分析并获得了相应的变化规律,并对柱塞副的初始配合间隙进行了优化,提出了避免柱塞副卡死的技术措施,研究结果可以为船用高压细水雾灭火泵柱塞副的结构优化,提高柱塞泵综合性能提供理论依据。
In this paper,the force analysis of the piston pair in marine high-pressure water mist fire pump is carried out.Under the premise of considering the friction and friction temperature rise,the leakage and heat balance analysis model of the piston pair is established.The heat balance analysis of the piston pair under different clearance and working conditions is conducted,and the corresponding change law is obtained.The initial clearance of the piston pair is optimized.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the structural optimization of the piston pair of marine high-pressure water mist fire pump.
