放气活门透气孔对动静态性能影响研究

摘要 针对放气活门透气孔对其动静态性能影响不明晰的问题。首先,对放气活门阀芯进行动力学分析,然后基于CFD流场仿真技术得到阀芯所受流场作用力,最后建立放气活门AMESim仿真模型,分析透气孔面积对放气活门动静态性能的影响规律。结果表明,透气孔大小对于放气活门的动静态性能具有重要影响,随透气孔面积增大,放气活门的最大超调量和调整时间减小,有利于提高其动态性能;同时,在相同活门开度,气压伺服马达控制电流随透气孔面积增大而减小。 Aiming at the problem that the vent hole has an unclear effect on the dynamic and static characteristics of the air bleed valve.First,dynamic analysis of the valve core of the air bleed valve,and then obtain the flow field force of the valve core based on the CFD flow field simulation technology,and finally establish the air bleed valve AMESim simulation model to analyze the influence of the area of the vent hole on the dynamic and static performance of the air bleed valve.The results show that the size of the vent hole has an important impact on the dynamic and static performance of the air bleed valve.As the area of the vent hole increases,the maximum peak overshoot and settling time of the air bleed valve decrease,which is beneficial to improve its dynamic characteristics;Moreover,at the same valve opening,the control current of the pneumatic servo motor decreases with the increase of the vent hole area.
