摘要
随着关于环境保护的法规越来越严格,减少使用化石能源成为一种趋势。对于在工作过程中消耗大量能源的移动机械来说,节能减排也是重要一项课题。目前,移动机械的主要能量供应为内燃机,常规解决方案是使用电驱动部分或者彻底取代内燃机。全电驱动被认为在未来将会是最终解决方案。然而,实现电驱动取代较为困难,同时在某种程度上,需要改变整个液压系统。该文研究了传统挖掘机液压系统的工况及效率情况,提出零排放挖掘机两种边界解决方案。
The legislation regarding environment protection becomes more and more strict.There is a trend to reduce the using of fossil energy.The mobile machines consume considerable amount of fuel during their operation,so these kinds of machines need to be improved accordingly.A common solution for this is to partially or completely replace the internal combustion engine by electric drives.A full electric driven system is regarded as the ultimate solution in the future.However,the replacement of electric drives is not easy to be realized and it requires to change the system layout along with the production lines to a great extent.This paper analyzes the work conditions and efficiency of traditional excavator,and proposes two different limit solutions for excavator.
